In the State of Florida a Tattoo Artist License is required from the Florida Department of Health for:

Tattoo
Cosmetic tattoo
Microblading
Microshading
Micopigmentation
3d nipple (areola)
Stretch marks camouflage

Before applying for your state license you must complete and pass a 3 hour blood bourne pathogens certification course. More information is provided here: Blood Bourne Pathogens and Communicative Disease

You can find a full list of requirements and application in the Florida Department of Health's website here: FDOH

If you are traveling and will be working in Florida for less than 14 consecutive days a Guest Tattoo Artist License and the 3 hour blood bourne pathogens course would still be required.

If you are ready to enroll click here; and choose Blood Bourne Pathogens course: Enroll Now
